Liquor laws in Ontario do not allow the sale of alcohol from a mobile vehicle. In accordance with The Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO), the Special Occasion Permit and all alcohol must be purchased by the host.
So WIN/WIN for you, that means no mark-up on alcohol. We provide a 30 minute consultation to help you pick the perfect beverage for your event and help facilitate the purchase and delivery if needed.
One major bonus of purchasing your own alcohol is that you are saving a lot of money by avoiding the premium charged by venues and buying from the same place they would! You are also able to customize the bar exactly how you want it
You will need to get a Special Occasions Permit (SOP) only if you are holding your event on public property (E.g. Church, Event Venue, etc.).
If you are holding the event on private property (E.g. Backyard, Cabin, Property, Farm, etc.) a SOP is not required. We carry general liability insurance. All our staff are also Smart Serve certified bartenders!
We require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your date. The remaining 50% is due 2 weeks before your event date.

Luna has very few limitations to where she can be set up. We can figure out how to get her into most outdoor and indoor settings with respect to her size and dimensions of the Piaggio.
